Rick,

Here is the information I will need from both of you to file the fiance visa as we discussed as follows:

RICK
Copy of your Birth Certificate or U.S. Passport (All pages in the passport).
Evidence that you and her have met in the last two years (your plane ticket, pictures together and anything else that shows time together).
A statement from you about your fiance, your relationship and your intent to marry her within 90 days of her entering U.S.
Copies of e-mails (just print them all out) between you and her over the last couple of years.
Copies of phone bills if you were calling her when you were in the U.S.
Passport size photo taken within 30 days of this petition

FIANCEE
A statement from your fiance about you, your relationship and her intent to marry her within 90 days of her entering U.S.
Passport size photo taken within 30 days of this petition

BOTH OF YOU
If either of you were married before I need the divorce decree.
If you are going to file the petition in a name different than what is on your legal documents you have to provide legal document showing how you changed your name (such as marriage cert., adoption, court order, etc.)
If you have been convicted of any crime I need certified copies of all court and police records showing the charges and the outcome of each conviction.

A Money Order or Cashiers Check in the amount of $1,500.00 payable to : ____ & Associates, PLLC for our fees.

Once we are ready to file a Money order or Cashiers Check payable to: Department of Homeland Security in the amount of $170.00 (or you can send it now, it's up to you but we need it to send with petition).

You can Federal Express everything to our office and we will Fed Ex everything back for your signature when we are done. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us. We look forward to serving your legal needs.
